GT Intercooler Kits

The Hyperflow [GT] & [660GT] Kits have been specifically developed as a complete system to support higher power levels for the MY01-07 WRX and STi. The [GT] Series Kits are designed for the WRX / STi MY01-05 while the [660GT] Series fits up to the MY06/07 Models. Fog Lights are retained.

Hyperflow offer 3 Kits in the [GT] series, each offering increased levels of enhancement. The Kits start at the GT1, followed by GT2 & GT3.

The GT1 Kit contains a polished GT Front Mount Intercooler, Full Raw Aluminium Pipe Work, Samco 4 Ply Silicone Joiner Kit, Stainless Steel Clamp Kit, Radiator Overflow Bottle, Powder Coated Black Front Bar Support and loose parts.

The GT2 Kit contains a polished GT Front Mount Intercooler, Full Aluminium Pipe Work which comes polished as standard, or if you prefer, red or black textured finish Powder Coat, a Samco 4 ply Silicone Joiner Kit, Stainless Steel Clamp Kit, an aluminium Radiator Overflow Bottle, loose parts, Cold Air Intake with fully machined Air Flow Meter Body, Billet Blow off Valve Bracket and a Powder Coated Black Front Bar Support.

The GT3 Kit contains a polished GT Front Mount Intercooler, Full Aluminium Pipe Work which comes polished as standard, or if you prefer, red or black Powder Coat, a Samco 4 ply Silicone Joiner Kit, Stainless Steel Clamp Kit, a Radiator Overflow Bottle, loose parts, Cold Air Intake with fully machined Air Flow Meter Body, Billet Blow off Valve Bracket, a Powder Coated Black Front Bar Support, as well as Cold Air Intake, Oil Catch Can System and a Top Mount Oil Cooler Kit, complete with polished billet tanks and stainless steel braided lines.

The 660GT1 Kit contains a polished 660GT Front Mount Intercooler, Complete Raw Aluminium Pipe Work, Samco 4 Ply Silicone Joiner Kit, Stainless Steel Clamp Kit, Radiator Overflow Bottle and loose parts.

The 660GT2 Kit contains a polished 660GT Front Mount Intercooler, Full Aluminium Pipe Work which comes polished as standard, or if you prefer, Powder Coated red or black, a Samco 4 ply Silicone Joiner Kit, Stainless Steel Clamp Kit, an Aluminium Radiator Overflow Bottle, loose parts, Air intake Pod Filter with fully machined Air Flow Meter Housing, Billet Blow off Valve Bracket and a Powder Coated Structural Front Cross Member.

The 660GT3 Kit contains a polished 660GT Front Mount Intercooler, Full Aluminium Pipe Work which comes polished as standard, or if you prefer, Powder Coated red or black, a Samco 4 ply Silicone Joiner Kit, Stainless Steel Clamp Kit, a Radiator Overflow Bottle, loose parts, Air intake Pod Filter with fully machined Air Flow Meter Housing, Billet Blow off Valve Bracket and a Structural Front Cross Member. Air intake pod is replaced with an in guard Cold Air intake (CAI), In addition to the CAI the GT3 Kit is also supplied with an Oil Catch Can System and a Top Mounted Oil Cooler Kit, complete with polished billet tanks and stainless steel braided lines.


Monster Intercooler Kits
Hyperflow introduced the “Monster” Front Mount Intercooler Kit for high performance upgrades on the WRX / STi. Hyperflow completed significant testing and development on the MY06-07 WRX /STi, and has released three performance kits. These kits are compatible through MY01-07 WRX / STi Models.

The Hyper M3 Kit has been specifically developed as a complete system to support higher power output enhancement of the MY06-07 WRX and STi. Our development STi has a power increase of approx 30% over standard - about 290kw. While this STi is still a mild state of tune, the Hyper M3 kit is designed to support in excess of 450kw power levels.

The Hyper M1, M2 & M3 Kits provide increasing levels of enhancement in a cost effective and complete upgrade Kit.

The Hyper M1 is the base level Intercooler Kit which includes the Monster Intercooler, Raw Pipe Work, Samco 4 ply Silicone Joiners, Stainless Steel Clamps as well as some minor components, while The Hyper M2 on the other hand includes a Billet Blow-off Valve Bracket, Front Cross Member, Rampod, Pod Air Filter with Billet AFM housing and comes standard with polished aluminium pipe work. The Hyper M3 kit also includes a Top Mount Oil Cooler System, Cold Air Intake and our Oil Catch Can.
